As the Branch Manager and Owner of Southern Lending Ty is responsible for making sure Southern Lending and it's employees live up to this Mission Statement. When a representative at Southern Lending promises someone a rate or closing costs we deliver the funds on time at the rate and costs we originally agreed upon.

This philosophy has allowed SL to stand out in a crowd that is fading fast. Ty has over 8 years of experience in the Mortgage Lending Industry and has been the Owner / Branch Manager for Southern Lending Since early 2002.
